Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen der Firma Helfer vor Ort-Nord für Schulungen, Erste Hilfe Kurse und Notfalltrainings
Anmeldung und Teilnahmebedingungen
1.1 Die Anmeldung zu unseren Schulungen, Erste Hilfe Kursen und Notfalltrainings (im Folgenden als Kurse bezeichnet) erfolgt über unsere Webseite oder per E-Mail. Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich und gilt erst mit Erhalt einer Bestätigungsmail durch die Firma Helfer vor Ort-Nord.
1.2 Die Teilnahme an den Kursen ist nur nach vollständiger Zahlung der Kursgebühr möglich.
Stornierung und Rücktritt
2.1 Stornierungen oder Rücktritte müssen schriftlich per E-Mail an info@hvo-nord.de mitgeteilt werden. Bei einer Stornierung oder einem Rücktritt weniger als 4 Tage vor Kursbeginn ist die volle Kursgebühr zu zahlen.
2.2 Bei Vorlage einer Krankschreibung ist eine Stornierung bis spätestens einen Tag vor Kursbeginn möglich. In diesem Fall wird nur die Hälfte der Kursgebühr fällig. Diese gilt als Anzahlung für einen möglichen Folgetermin.
Kursdurchführung
3.1 Die Firma Helfer vor Ort-Nord behält sich das Recht vor, Kurse aufgrund zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl oder anderer unvorhergesehener Umstände abzusagen oder zu verschieben.
3.2 In Ausnahmefällen kann es vorkommen, dass ein Dozent kurzfristig ausfällt. In diesem Fall wird ein Ersatztermin angeboten oder die Kursgebühr zurückerstattet.
Haftung und Versicherung
4.1 Die Teilnahme an den Kursen erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die Firma Helfer vor Ort-Nord übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die im Rahmen der Kurse entstehen.
4.2 Es obliegt dem Teilnehmer, sich ausreichend zu versichern (Haftpflicht-, Krankenversicherung etc.).
Sonstiges
5.1 Die Firma Helfer vor Ort-Nord behält sich das Recht vor, Änderungen an den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen jederzeit vorzunehmen. Der Teilnehmer wird über Änderungen informiert.
5.2 Die Teilnehmer verpflichten sich, die im Kurs erhaltenen Unterlagen und Informationen ausschließlich für den privaten oder beruflichen Gebrauch zu nutzen und nicht an Dritte weiterzugeben.
5.3 Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein oder werden, so bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt.
