§1 Kurse/Seminare/Schulungen
§1.1 Die über die Webseite gebuchten Kurse/Termine/Schulungen (im weiteren Kurse genannt) sind nach erhaltener Bestätigungsmail bindend.
Änderungen und oder Absagen der Kurse, ohne Finanzielle Ersatzleistungen, sind durch Helfer vor Ort-Nord (im weiteren HvO-Nord genannt) unter folgenden Voraussetzungen möglich:
- Zu geringe Teilnehmerzahl
- Störende Witterungseinflüsse (Schnee, Sturm, Regen, Hitze)
§1.2 Änderungen und oder Absagen der Kurse, aufgrund von Krankheit des oder der Dozenten, sind durch die Vergabe eines Ersatztermins innerhalb von drei Wochen, nach dem eigentlichen Kurs, ohne Finanzielle Ersatzleistung abgegolten.
§1.3 Ein Rücktritt durch Buchende, ist 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn, per E-Mail an: leitung@hvo-nord.de mitzuteilen.
§1.4 Bei einem Rücktritt von mindestens 14 Tagen vor Kursbeginn, werden ggf. bereits, an HvO-Nord, gezahlte Gebühren, vollständig durch HvO-Nord ersetzt.
§1.5 Bei einem Rücktritt und oder Fernbleiben von den Gebuchten Kursen, bei weniger als 14 Tagen vor Kursbeginn, sind die vollen Gebühren an HvO-Nord zu entrichten.
§2 Haus und Weisungsrecht
§2.1 Die von HvO-Nord eingesetzten Dozenten üben das Hausrecht aus. Sie sind dazu ermächtigt, wiederholt störende Teilnehmende des Kurses zu verweisen. In diesem Fall, gibt es keine Finanzielle Ersatzleistung durch HvO-Nord.
§2.1 Die von HvO-Nord eingesetzten Dozenten üben ein Weisungsrecht im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit für HvO-Nord aus. Dieses gilt lediglich für den Umgang mit den durch HvO-Nord ausgegebenen Übungsmitteln und dem Umgang mit anderen Teilnehmenden.
§3 Versicherungsschutz
§3.1 HvO-Nord trägt keinen Versicherungsschutz für Teilnehmende. Alle Teilnehmenden müssen für eine ausreichende Versicherung (Haftpflicht-, Krankenversicherung usw.) sorgen.
§4 Schäden
§4.1 Schäden die durch Teilnehmende an Übungsmitteln, Schulungsmaterial, Räumlichkeiten und ähnlichem entstehen, sind in voller Höhe durch die veruhrsachende Person zu tragen.
§4.2 Sollte es durch die Beschädigung von Übungsmitteln, zu einem Ausfall des Kurses, oder anstehender Kurse kommen, hat die verursachende Person alle Finanziellen Ausfälle und oder Entschädigungen zu zahlen.
§5 Zustimmung der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedinungen
§5.1 Durch das Zustimmen der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedinungen, wird davon ausgegangen, dass der Teilnehmende/Buchende, diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbediungen gelesen und verstanden hat. Sowie das 16 Lebensjahr erreicht hat.
